Recording Fees  

It is $13.00 for the first page and $5.00 for each additional page for recording standard sized documents.  

  • If you are recording a document that is conveying property from one person to another and there is money involved, a State Documentary fee is applicable for anything over $500.00.
    • The breakdown for that is $.01 per every $100.00 or $.10 per every $1,000.00. 

The fee for recording the following documents is $8.00;  Federal Tax Liens, Release of Tax Liens, UCC's(ERECORD only), Mining documents (+$.25 per claim along with $5.00 per each additional standard sized page)
