Register to Vote  

 

Step 1: Check your eligibility to vote
To register to vote in Mesa County, Colorado, you must be:

bullet.jpg A citizen of the United States of America
bullet.jpgEighteen years or older* 
bullet.jpg A resident of Colorado and of Mesa County for 29 days before an election
bullet.jpg Not serving a sentence for a felony conviction, including parole

*If you are seventeen years old, you can send your registration in now and you will automatically become eligible on your 18th birthday

 

 

Step 2: Gather required ID
To register to vote in Colorado, you will need one of the following:  

bullet.jpg Your valid Colorado Driver’s License or state ID card issued by the Department of Revenue
bullet.jpg The last four digits of your social security number

 

 

 Step 3: Decide on a registration method

Step 4: Return form to Mesa County Elections (if registering by paper form)
