About Mail-In Voting

No excuse mail-in voting is available to Colorado voters who would prefer to not go to the polls. The voter can sign up to be a Permenant Mail-In Voter (PMIV) or submit a mail-in ballot application. A Mail-in ballot is then mailed to the voter, who can fill it out in the convenience of their home. Completed ballots may be returned via mail or by dropping them into a ballot box.

A  Permenant Mail-In Voter will receive all ballots by mail where an mail-in ballot application is good for one election or for one year's worth of elections. For either, please visit www.govotecolorado.com or download, print, and complete a mail-in ballot application form and mail it to:
